Changed your mind?
Changes and cancellations depend on the order status at the time of your request. To change or cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at info@lizsoto.com or (310) 829-5155. Orders may not be changed, cancelled or redirected once shipping is underway. If we are unable to alter your order, you may choose to return your order to us (see Returns and Refunds for details).
Payments
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, MasterCard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa.
Your method of payment will only be charged once your order has been processed, packed, and is ready to ship.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship most orders via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. If you have any specific needs or questions please contact customer service.
Kindly note: We're located in California, and based on state law are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped within the state. The exact rate is determined by the destination address, as required by California law.
